On Wednesday, October 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the establishment of a city military administration in Odessa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> is stated<\/span><\/a> on the website of the President’s online representation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, Zelenskyy ordered the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Odessa Regional State Administration to implement measures related to the formation of a military administration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The decree entered into force on the date of publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, according to<\/span> Suspilny<\/span><\/a> , the former head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, was appointed head of the newly created Military Administrative Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, his duties in his previous position will be temporarily performed by Vladyslav Haivanenko.<\/span><\/p>\n
