{"id":1307117,"date":"2025-10-16T12:35:47","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T09:35:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-proposes-to-pay-out-6-500-hryvnias-under-the-warm-winter-program-who-is-affected\/"},"modified":"2025-10-16T12:35:47","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T09:35:47","slug":"the-cabinet-of-ministers-proposes-to-pay-out-6-500-hryvnias-under-the-warm-winter-program-who-is-affected","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-proposes-to-pay-out-6-500-hryvnias-under-the-warm-winter-program-who-is-affected\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cabinet of Ministers proposes to pay out 6,500 hryvnias under the &#8220;Warm Winter&#8221; program: who is affected?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"78\" data-end=\"302\"><strong>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is preparing to launch a new social program, &#8220;Warm Winter,&#8221; which will provide a one-time payment of 6,500 hryvnias to certain categories of citizens to support them during the 2025\/26 winter season.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"304\" data-end=\"519\"> As noted in <a href=\"https:\/\/spo.fpsu.org.ua\/laws\/proyekt-postanovy-kmu-deyaki-pytannya-pidtrymky-okremyh-kategorij-osib-dlya-prohodzhennya-zymovogo-periodu-2025-26-roku-tepla-zyma-3003\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution<\/a> , published for public discussion on the website of the Joint Representative Body of Trade Unions, the goal of the program is to assist socially vulnerable groups of the population.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"556\"> In particular, payments are planned to be provided to: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"833\"><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"610\">\n<p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"610\"> children who are under guardianship or care;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"690\">\n<p data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"690\"> children with disabilities in family-type orphanages and foster families;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"727\">\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"727\"> children from low-income families;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"807\">\n<p data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"807\"> children and persons with disabilities of group I from internally displaced persons;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"833\">\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"833\"> single pensioners.<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"971\"> In total, more than 660,000 people will receive 6,500 hryvnias, for which the government plans to allocate 4.3 billion hryvnias from the state budget.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1132\"> The largest share of assistance will go to children from low-income families (over 335 thousand) and children from internally displaced families (over 252 thousand).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1352\"> Funds will be credited to a current account with a special usage mode or to a virtual payment card called &#8220;Action.Card.&#8221; Recipients will be able to use them for 180 days from the date of crediting.<\/p>\n<div class=\"full-post__content font-rules\">\n<p> Also follow <strong>&#8220;Pryamy&#8221;<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is preparing to launch a new social program, &#8220;Warm Winter,&#8221; which will provide a one-time payment of 6,500 hryvnias to certain categories of citizens to support them during the 2025\/26 winter season.
