The Security Service of Ukraine has denied statements by the leadership of the Russian FSB about the alleged participation of foreign partners in the special operation “Web”. The Ukrainian special service emphasized that the operation was developed and implemented exclusively by its own forces and became one of the most successful strikes on Russian strategic aviation during the entire war.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Ukrinform reports<\/a> , the SBU responded to the statement of FSB Director Oleksandr Bortnikov, who claimed that “Web” was coordinated by Western partners and that it allegedly did not cause serious harm to Russian troops.<\/p>\n

“Today, the Russian special services made another “loud” statement that the special operation “Web” was allegedly carried out under the supervision of foreign partners and did not cause significant harm to the Russian troops. The Security Service of Ukraine perceives such statements exclusively as an attempt by the enemy to justify its own failure before the domestic audience. After all, thanks to the SBU employees and their work, the myth of the “omnipotence of the FSB” crumbled right before our eyes and burned down along with the Russian strategic aviation aircraft,” the press service said.<\/p>\n

The special service emphasized that “Web” was a multi-level and unique operation that Ukraine implemented without external assistance.<\/p>\n

“Ukraine will continue to hit the enemy hard on the battlefield and in its deep rear,” the SBU added.<\/p>\n

The head of the SBU, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, confirmed the determination of the security forces.<\/p>\n

“We will respond to Russian terror and destroy the enemy everywhere – at sea, in the air and on land. And if necessary, we will get it out from under the ground,” Malyuk noted.<\/p>\n

As is known, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a unique large-scale operation<\/a> to destroy enemy bomber aircraft in the deep rear of the Russian Federation. The SBU managed to hit four military airfields and destroy 41 enemy strategic bombers.<\/a> Operation “Web”, which was prepared for more than a year and a half under the leadership of Vasyl Malyuk, became the largest strike on the Russian aviation fleet since the beginning of the full-scale war.<\/p>\n

In addition, engineers of the Security Service of Ukraine developed and manufactured unique drones<\/a> for conducting the special operation “Web”.<\/p>\n

By the way, the Security Service of Ukraine has released a video of the special operation “Website”. It records the entire path of one of the FPV drones<\/a> – from the moment it took off from the roof of a modular house to the destruction of the bomber.<\/p>\n
