In addition, industrial facilities will operate on special consumption schedules until the end of the day to reduce pressure on the network.

Energy experts predict that on October 17, industry in the country will operate with restrictions from 07:00 to 22:00. In some regions, in particular in Chernihiv region, three rounds of hourly outages are already in effect. Experts add that the volume of outages may vary depending on the level of consumption and the state of the infrastructure.

The company also urges Ukrainians to use electricity rationally, especially in the evening hours, when the load on the network is highest.

“If you have electricity, use it carefully,” Ukrenergo emphasized.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that from 4:00 PM until the end of the day, capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers in two shifts may be introduced in all regions of Ukraine . This is due to the high level of electricity consumption and the consequences of Russian shelling of energy infrastructure.

By the way, on October 15, as a result of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure , residents of almost all regions of Ukraine were left without electricity.

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , Twitter , Telegram , and Instagram .

In the afternoon of Monday, October 16, Ukraine’s power system faced excessive load, causing emergency power outages in many regions of the country.
