The Ukrainian Defense Forces have completely cleared two settlements in the Novopavlivske direction. These are Oleksiyivka and Stepovoe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was announced by<\/span><\/a> the head of the Assault Units Department, Valentyn Manko.<\/span><\/p>\n

As he said, the settlements were cleared thanks to the work of the 214th OSHB and 5th OSHBR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manko emphasized the “colossal losses” of the Russian occupation forces.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, according to him, the enemy lost 42 servicemen in Oleksiyivka. Of these, 32 were irretrievably killed, 7 were paramedics, and three more were taken prisoner by Ukrainian soldiers.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the Defense Forces damaged 2 vehicles and destroyed another one.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Stepovye and the forest belt between Stepovye and Oleksiivka, the enemy lost 109 soldiers, of whom 85 were irretrievably killed, the rest were medical personnel, as well as 5 units of motor vehicles, and another six were damaged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, Oleksandr Syrskyi stated thatthe Defense Forces thwarted an enemy attack attempt in the Dnipropetrovsk region<\/a> .<\/p>\n

By the way, as of the morning of October 13, during the Dobropil operation, the Defense Forces managed to liberate 182.4 sq. km, and clear 224.7 sq. km of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups<\/a> .<\/p>\n
