In his final moments, we were fortunate to surround him with love, care, soothing words, thoughts, prayers, and intentions as he left this world,&#8221; the family&#8217;s letter reads.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"747\"> Frehley&#8217;s bandmates offered their condolences, calling him &#8220;an essential and irreplaceable rock soldier&#8221; during Kiss&#8217;s most defining moments.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1006\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> Ace Frehley co-founded Kiss in 1973 along with Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and Peter Criss.
