Currently, emergency outage schedules are in effect for customers in the first and second stages,&#8221; the company noted.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"629\"> As energy specialists explained, emergency shutdowns are used when it is necessary to urgently reduce grid power consumption.
