The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a decision on the early termination of the parliamentary powers of Anna Kolisnyk, a representative of the Servant of the People faction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

262 people’s deputies voted for the relevant resolution.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that in October 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) notified Kolisnyk of suspicion of false declaration of property.<\/p>\n

The investigation found that the MP did not include data on the rental of two apartments in Kyiv, a share in a non-residential premises in Kharkiv, as well as the car she used in her 2020 declaration. The total value of the undeclared property, according to detectives, exceeds 4.4 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n

In April 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) found her guilty of skipping a parliamentary session and imposed a fine of 1,300 hryvnias. At the same time, the court released Kolisnyk from punishment<\/a> due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, in June 2023, the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice finally closed the proceedings against her.<\/p>\n

In June 2025, Anna Kolisnyk voluntarily resigned her mandate by submitting a corresponding application to the Verkhovna Rada.<\/p>\n

We should also not forget about the incident with Kolisnyk, which happened back in March 2021.<\/a> Then a photo appeared in the media, where in her telephone correspondence the deputy expressed her true attitude towards the Ukrainian state, in which she develops laws.<\/p>\n

“We need to get out of this country,” Kolisnyk wrote.<\/p>\n

At the same time, let us recall that Anna Kolisnyk also did not support the consideration of the bill on increasing funding for the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/a> .<\/p>\n
