Russian troops launched intercontinental ballistic and air-launched cruise missiles as part of strategic nuclear force training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by propaganda media.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the launch of the Yars ballistic missile was carried out from the Plesetsk test cosmodrome at the Kura test site in Kamchatka.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, a ballistic missile “Syneva” was launched from the strategic nuclear-powered missile submarine “Bryansk” in the Barents Sea.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAlso involved in the training were long-range Tu-95MS aircraft, which launched air-launched cruise missiles,\u201d the report says.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Chief of the Russian General Staff, all tasks within the framework of the training of strategic nuclear forces have been completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

NATO has previously expressed concern that Russia could place its nuclear weapons<\/a> in space.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin stated that during joint military exercises with Russia, they planned to practice scenarios for the use of nuclear weapons<\/a> .<\/p>\n
