President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is ready for a diplomatic path to end the war, but will not make territorial concessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said<\/a> this at a press conference with Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Of course, this is not a question about kilometers, it’s about homes, about our people, about our history, about our identity. This is our territorial integrity,” the president emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, Russia is not yet ready to end the war, and the “diplomatic efforts” it is demonstrating are aimed at postponing strong decisions by the United States and Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zelensky noted that the Russians are afraid of the imposition of sanctions and the transfer of Tomahawk cruise missiles, so they are trying to postpone them.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf Russia is ready for diplomacy, we will see it,\u201d he concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recall that European states and Ukraine are working together on a plan to end the war<\/a> along the current front line.<\/p>\n

By the way, during the meeting , Trump urged Zelensky to accept Russia’s conditions<\/a> for ending the war and warned that Putin could “destroy” Ukraine if Kyiv did not agree.<\/p>\n
