The 19th package since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine,&#8221; he wrote.<\/p>\n<p> As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-10-22\/eu-leaders-to-approve-new-russia-sanctions-with-lng-ban\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Bloomberg<\/a> journalists previously reported, the main package of sanctions is aimed at depriving Moscow of energy revenues, as well as increasing pressure on Vladimir Putin to begin peace negotiations.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>According to the publication, the 19th package should include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> a ban on imports of liquefied natural gas from Russia from January 2027, a year earlier than previously planned<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Sanctions against Russian banks, financial institutions in Central Asia, and several crypto exchanges (which help with sanctions evasion)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> trade restrictions against Chinese and Indian companies<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> a ban on the export of goods worth over 40 billion euros (minerals, ceramics and rubber)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> more than 100 more tankers of the shadow oil fleet<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> As a reminder, the head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, previously stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yes-zavershyv-pidhotovku-19-ho-paketa-sanktsiy-proty-rf-koly-bude-rishennia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the European Union plans to adopt the 19th package of sanctions against Russia<\/a> .<\/p>\n<div class=\"full-post__content font-rules\">\n<p> Also follow <strong>&#8220;Pryamy&#8221;<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram<\/a> .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>European Union ambassadors have agreed on the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation due to the war in Ukraine.
