President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is already negotiating with European partners who can help by providing long-range weapons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said<\/span><\/a> this<\/span> during a speech at a meeting of the European Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

The President called on Western partners to do everything possible to ensure that Ukraine has the capabilities for long-range strikes.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, not only the United States, but also some European countries have the weapons for this, including Tomahawk cruise missiles.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we talk about long-range weapons, we mean that the Putin regime must feel the real consequences for this war,\u201d Zelensky explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

The president added that the Russian dictator \u201cbecame nervous\u201d when the topic of \u201ctomahawks\u201d came up.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe (Putin \u2013 ed.) understands that long-range weapons can really change the course of the war,\u201d the head of state emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recall that earlier Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the decision to provide Tomahawk to Ukraine could scare the Russians<\/a> .<\/p>\n

However, during a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, US leader Donald Trump stated that his priority was to end the war and said not to count on Tomahawk missiles<\/a> .<\/p>\n
