The state portal “Diya” has launched a beta test of a new category A3.5 – “Loss of private entrepreneurship” in the international Register of losses, which records the consequences of Russian aggression. This option is intended for entrepreneurs whose business has suffered partial or complete losses after February 24, 2022 due to hostilities, occupation, destruction of infrastructure, forced resettlement, or a sharp decline in demand.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As reported by<\/a> the official Telegram “Diya”, test participants will be able to record details of business losses, indicate the amount of previously received profit and the amount of losses, as well as add supporting documents – in particular, certificates of service in the defense forces or other special circumstances.<\/p>\n

The application will be submitted electronically through “Diya”, using the KEP or Diya.Signature. The data received will become the basis for creating a mechanism for future compensation for losses suffered by entrepreneurs as a result of the war.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasizes that the current testing will help verify the ease of use of the service, the correctness of data entry, and ensure the readiness of the system for a full launch. Subsequently, this will allow each entrepreneur to officially document the loss of business and claim compensation.<\/p>\n

We also previously reported that the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FRU) appealed to Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and the Ministry of Economy<\/a> with a proposal to update the mechanism for reserving military service.<\/p>\n

It is also worth noting that after the government allowed men aged 18\u201322 to leave Ukraine, young people began to leave the country en masse<\/a> . And although there are no official statistics from the Ukrainian side, data from Polish border guards indicate a sharp increase in migration in this age category.<\/p>\n
