The update highlights the enemy\u2019s dependence on foreign-made chips and components and the need to review export control practices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/DIUkraine\/7182\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> The GUR posted the data in the &#8220;Weapon Components&#8221; section of the <a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/components?f%5Bpub_id%5D=193\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">War&#038;Sanctions<\/a> portal. It lists sixty-eight new components discovered in weapons samples.<\/p>\n<p> The update includes the following components:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> 9M727 &#8220;Iskander-K&#8221; cruise missile,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> aeroballistic missile Kh-47M2 &#8220;Dagger&#8221;,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> North Korean ballistic missiles KN-23\/KN-24,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> &#8220;Hieran-2&#8221; attack UAV (Shahed-136).<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> These weapons were used by the enemy during a massive combined air attack on the night of October 22.<\/p>\n<p> Intelligence officials note that Russian missiles and drones continue to use chips and components from American, Chinese, Swiss, Japanese, Taiwanese, and other manufacturers. This applies to both individual elements and component systems.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, the GUR notes that two of the six types of weapons used in the attack are coming to Russia with the support of its strategic partners &#8211; Iran and North Korea. Such facts, according to the intelligence, increase the risks for regions outside Europe, in particular for the Indo-Pacific region and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p> The GUR update emphasizes the need to review and improve global export control practices and mechanisms for interaction between countries in response to wartime challenges.<\/p>\n<p> The &#8220;Weapon Components&#8221; section contains information on almost five thousand two hundred components in one hundred and seventy-nine types of weapons.
