On the night of October 28, Russian occupiers once again attacked civilian gas infrastructure in the Poltava region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was announced by<\/span><\/a> Serhiy Koretsky, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz.<\/span><\/p>\n

He emphasized that this was the seventh targeted attack by the enemy on gas infrastructure facilities since the beginning of October.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe facilities attacked by Russia have no military significance. The sole purpose of these strikes is to leave Ukrainians without gas and heat,\u201d Koretsky explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, this time there were no casualties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specialists are currently at the scene of the attack, assessing the consequences of the attack and working on recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, Naftogaz urged Ukrainians to consume gas economically<\/a> , as the attacks are affecting its own production, forcing the state to cover the deficit with imports.<\/p>\n
