War is no time for political games \u2014 shove them aside and judge every action by one yardstick: did it help win? Anything else is a betrayal of those at the front.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are witnessing an absolutely disgraceful case \u2014 the arrest (and, incredibly, the theft of his phone by the police!) of the former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.<\/p>\n

If we evaluate Kudrytskyi\u2019s record, it\u2019s not hard to see a few crucial things:<\/p>\n

    Before the invasion<\/strong>, Kudrytskyi was the one who organized the synchronization of Ukraine\u2019s energy system with the European grid, successfully passing through numerous inspections and rigorous EU procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Just hours before the full-scale invasion<\/strong>, it was Kudrytskyi who disconnected Ukraine\u2019s power system from the Russian and Belarusian grids \u2014 preventing Moscow from triggering an energy collapse in the first days of the war.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t
