Due to delays in the modernization of production lines, some of the capacities had to be temporarily stopped.<\/p>\n<p> The restoration of the full production cycle may take several months. This, in turn, could affect the fuel market in the region \u2014 in particular, the supply of diesel and gasoline to the southern regions of Russia.<\/p>\n<p> Official launch dates have again not been announced.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, on the night of October 29, a number of regions of Russia and temporarily occupied Crimea were subjected to a massive drone attack. <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/vybukhy-v-rosii-ta-krymu-drony-urazyly-naftobazy-zavody-y-enerhetychni-ob-iekty\/\">Oil refineries, chemical plants, and energy facilities were hit.
