Poland announced the interception of another Russian reconnaissance aircraft in international airspace over the Baltic Sea.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In particular, Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosyniak-Kamysz spoke about the incident. According to him, the air force intercepted a Russian military aircraft for the second time in a week.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cToday, MiG-29s intercepted a Russian reconnaissance plane over the Baltic Sea, just like yesterday,\u201d the official said.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Thursday, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces announced the deployment of its fighter jets and an early warning radar aircraft.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems were brought into maximum readiness. These actions were a response to the Russian attack on the western regions of Ukraine and increased aviation activity.<\/span><\/p>\n
