That’s why Mindich has now left Ukraine, while his patron decides everything, and the public calms down or forgets. And Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, the former head of Ukrenergo, ended up in custody with an alternative preventive measure – a bail of 13 million hryvnias.

So why did the scandal over Kudrytsky’s detention arise and why is the persecution called political and ordered?

I know this is a long text. But I tried to collect explanations for this obviously fabricated case in one place. Please forgive me. But it can’t be shorter.

Let me remind you that it was Volodymyr at the beginning of the invasion, when the vast majority of high-ranking officials fled from Kyiv to western Ukraine, who disconnected the Ukrainian energy system from the Russian one and connected it to the European energy network. This literally helped our energy system to survive.

The Kudrytskyi case was investigated by the State Bureau of Investigation. And this is a punitive club that is in the hands of Zelensky and his “5-6 effective managers.” And it is with the help of this club that the authorities cover and help “their own” to flee the country, and send strangers and disobedient people to pre-trial detention centers and prisons.

Revenge, what is it. For not being silent. For entering into a direct conflict with Herman Galushchenko, an absolutely black and rotten person. And this is also an attempt to make Kudrytsky guilty for all the failures of Zelensky’s government.

Therefore, all in all, it is definitely not about fair justice. Rather, it is about distracting attention, creating chaos and destabilization within the country.

Let me remind you about Kudrytsky.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of NPC Ukrenergo in 2020–2024.

The Russian trail again: why Bankova is actually pursuing Kudrytsky

On September 2, 2024, Kudrytsky was dismissed from the position of Chairman of the Board of Ukrenergo by decision of the Supervisory Board. Two independent members of the Supervisory Board (Daniel Dobbeni and Peder Andreasson) resigned in protest, calling the dismissal politically motivated and unjustified.

On October 21, 2025, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) searched Kudrytsky. At first, he had the status of a witness. Then they arbitrarily took his mobile phone. Without a sanction. Why? Because they can.

On October 28, 2025, the State Bureau of Investigation officially detained Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

Kudrytsky was charged under Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud committed by a group of persons in a prior conspiracy, on an especially large scale). The sanctions of the article provide for up to 12 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.

On October 29, 2025, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for Kudrytsky in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 13.7 million hryvnias.

The judge who made this decision will be discussed below.

According to the investigation, Kudrytsky is a figure in a scheme to seize Ukrenergo funds during the conclusion of contracts. The case is connected with a well-known Lviv businessman Ihor Hrynkevich (who previously appeared in cases involving the supply of low-quality clothing to the Armed Forces of Ukraine). The investigation claims that it was Hrynkevich who organized this scheme.

Investigators suspect that two contracts for 68 million hryvnias were concluded for the reconstruction of energy mains, and the state-owned enterprise transferred an advance payment of 13.7 million hryvnias to the contractor, which, according to the State Bureau of Investigation, was appropriated without the intention of performing the work.

Kudrytsky called the incriminating accusations absurd and unfounded. He claims that he signed documents based on decisions made following transparent tenders and has an impeccable business reputation.

The former head of Ukrenergo also claimed political subtext and a discrediting campaign.

Kudrytskyi Case”: Power Games That Could Blow Up Ukraine’s Energy Front

Here’s what journalist Tetyana Nikolaenko writes about this brazen order:

“So, in 2018, Ukrenergo announced a tender for construction work, which was won by the company “Vizin Rich”, which is part of the Hrynkevich group. The company received a prepayment for construction work, but did not perform the work.

Along with other documentation, the company “Vizin Rich” submitted a bank guarantee for 8 million from the bank “Concord”.

The essence of the claim of the State Bureau of Investigation, and after it the prosecutors, is that Kudrytskyi knew from somewhere that Hrynkevich’s company would not fulfill the contracts, and specifically wanted to seize the money from bank guarantees.

I probably won’t specify that no one in court provided evidence of how Kudrytsky and Hrynkevich embezzled money, and what personal benefit Kudrytsky received. (I wish they did.)

The only thing the prosecutor voiced was the testimony of a bank employee who issued guarantees to Hrynkevich’s company, that this was Kudrytsky’s intention. In fact, to put it very literary, it was the bank employee’s mistake to issue guarantees under such a “sharashka.”

Because, oddly enough, a bank employee has much more resources to prevent lending to a “confused” person than any state-owned enterprise has to prevent such a “confused” person from participating in a tender…

But what happened when “Vizin Rich” did not fulfill the contract? Well, surely Kudrytsky or Ukrenrgo turned a blind eye and, for example, how did former MUD employee Hrytsenko extend the contracts with this company?

We open the Register of Court Decisions. We search for “Vizin Rich” and Ukrenergo, we find a bunch of decisions and rulings, for example, of the Commercial Court of Zhytomyr Region and we read (the following is a quote from the ruling):

“The customer (i.e. Ukrenergo) made numerous comments to the project documentation developed by the contractor (apparently, as part of a malicious intent to seize money – mine) in letters, which were eliminated by him in a working order. The letter of NPC “Ukrenergo” dated 01.04.2019 provided more than twenty comments…”

Next, Tetyana cites all this correspondence between Ukrenergo and “Vizin Rich”. And court decisions. Yes, NPC “Ukrenergo” went to court. As a result, in 2021, the defendant, Vizin Rich, was charged (here I quote Tetyana Nikolayenko again) “4.8 million from the company. This is an advance payment that was transferred to it, which is confirmed by payment order 165.

That’s it! The relationship between “Vizin Rich” and Ukrenergo is over!

Even Stalin Got It: What’s Wrong with the “Kudrytsky Affair”?

Where did the 13 million in the case come from? Well, these are the guarantees issued by Concord Bank. Because Ukrenergo also sued them. THIS IS WHAT THE PROSECUTOR SAID DIRECTLY IN COURT TODAY.

I just don’t understand why Kudrytsky should be in prison if the employee of a particular bank is not a very smart person? AND THE STATE WAS NOT INJURED. And there is a court decision about this!”

They sewed with so much white thread, which is surprising.

Kudrytsky, in the opinion of the judge of the Pechersk court (yeah, nothing changes!) is so dangerous that he should be taken out of custody.

Here Mykhailo Zhernakov told “about the judge of the Pechersk court, Kristina Konstantinova (yes, everything with an “i”), who just sent Kudrytskyi behind bars, without any evidence or reason.

Konstantinova is not used to persecuting patriotic Ukrainians. Previously, she allowed searches of the homes of Automaidan activists. And later, she also sent Serhiy Filimonov and Roman Ratushny under house arrest without any evidence (the case of the doors on Bankova and the “black square”). Both, by the way, voluntarily went to defend Ukraine in 2022, and Roman died in the same year near Izyum.

So our judicial system, my dears, is still largely a real, undisguised, hostile agency. A branch of the FSB in the very center of the capital. Which does not just sit and wait. But helps to destroy from within everything that the best of us die for.”

This is just some kind of hard metal. For hundreds of thousands of hryvnias in salary, in the name of Ukraine, they are destroying Ukraine.

The same judge, Kristina Konstantinova, has repeatedly been involved in scandals. For example, in January 2015, a prosecutor from the Prosecutor General’s Office asked Judge Konstantinova for permission to obtain information on Yanukovych’s telephone connections with Russian subscribers. The case was postponed several times, as a result of which permission was not granted.

Why? Because it can.

She did not extend the preventive measure for Kyrylo Ostrovsky, who hit and killed a child in Kyiv. Ostrovsky was released due to the judge’s vacation.

She chose a preventive measure in the form of a personal bond for MP Sofia Fedyna.

Judge Konstantinova declared her son Matviy’s official apartment, which belongs to the SBU. During the war, she received 1,000 hryvnias in social assistance.

The judge’s daughter, Nastya Konstantinova, has been embroiled in a scandal over remarks that offended Ukrainians. She made a video in which she approved of the annexation of Crimea, calling Ukrainians “cattle” and “Ukrainian shit.”

And this daughter was saved from punishment for drunk driving by another judge.

How can I comment on this?!

Let’s return to Kudrytsky.

Two days ago, Kudrytsky gave an interview to the host of the YouTube channel “There is a question!” Olena Trybushna (called: KUDRYTSKY: revenge of the SBI and Galushchenko. The authorities are looking for those responsible for the light. Who made money on protection?”). It’s on YouTube, you can find it by title.

In this interview, Kudrytsky linked his resignation to the authorities’ desire to gain more control over everything that happens in the company. The dismissal may have been attributed to the then Minister of Energy, Herman Galushchenko.

“Ukrainian Pravda” claims that at one of the meetings, current government officials continue to shift responsibility for poor-quality energy training onto their predecessors.

At one of these meetings, according to media reports, Zelensky even raised his voice and emotionally demanded explanations for why Ukraine had poorly prepared energy facilities for constant Russian attacks before the difficult winter.

Kudrytskyi, his management decisions really kept the security situation in the energy sector at that time under control and allowed us to continue moving towards full integration with the European system.

All these detentions, exclusions of active leaders from processes that have an impact on our security and defense, are very similar to the well-known style of the Chekists. This was the case with Chervinsky, with combat commanders, and with the same Zaluzhny.

The normal, professional, and patriotic are being neutralized, clearing the territory for the eternal reign of scum.

What will we do?

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , Twitter , Telegram , and Instagram .

• Materials published in the “OPINIONS” section reflect the opinion of the author of the publication, who bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
• The editorial staff of prm.ua may not share the opinions expressed in the author’s material.
• The owner of the webpage in the “OPINIONS” section is the author of the publication.

Source: Author’s Facebook page Kudrytskyi is not Mindich.
