On the night of November 4, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched precision strikes against strategic petrochemical and fuel infrastructure, both inside Russia and in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. Key targets included two major plants in the Nizhny Novgorod region and Bashkortostan, as well as a fuel and lubricants warehouse in Kherson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These coordinated attacks demonstrate Ukraine\u2019s growing long-range strike capabilities, targeting critical energy and military logistics hubs to disrupt the enemy\u2019s supply chains and weaken their operational capacity.<\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The General Staff reported that units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the infrastructure of the Lukoil-Nizhnegorodnefteorgsintez plant in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region. The facility, with a maximum processing capacity of 18 million tons per year, supplies fuel to the Russian occupation army. A fire broke out following the strike, and the full extent of the damage is currently being assessed.<\/p>\n

It was also reported that the joint-stock company Sterlitamaksk Petrochemical Plant in Bashkortostan was damaged. This enterprise is a key producer of aviation kerosene components, used in the manufacture of high-grade aviation fuel. Preliminary information indicates that one of the plant\u2019s workshops suffered significant damage. The facility is part of the Russian holding Roshim.<\/p>\n

In addition, the General Staff confirmed the results of previous strikes: a fuel and lubricants depot used by Russian forces in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson was destroyed. Enemy losses included approximately 20 elastic tanks, containing over 900 cubic meters of fuel and lubricants, as well as two pumping stations.<\/p>\n

The Armed Forces emphasized that the Defense Forces continue to carry out all necessary measures to degrade Russia\u2019s military-economic potential and compel it to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Recall that on the night of November 3, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the Saratov Oil Refinery<\/a> and some logistics facilities in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk Oblast.<\/p>\n
