On the evening of November 4, unidentified drones were again spotted flying near the Belgian air base of Kleine-Brogel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incident is reported by<\/a> Nieuwsblad.<\/p>\n

Residents of the town of Pere, located near the base, said that about six drones of unknown origin appeared in the sky at the same time. According to the mayor of the community, Stephen Matej, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., police received several calls from witnesses who observed strange activity in the air.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and were able to visually confirm the presence of only two drones. After that, the federal police deployed a helicopter to search, but it did not find any objects and soon returned to base, Matej said.<\/p>\n

This is the second such incident in recent days: the previous one occurred on the night of November 1, when unidentified aircraft were also spotted over the same airbase. At that time, the police were also unable to establish their origin.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that Kleine-Brogel is one of the key military bases in Belgium, where American nuclear weapons are stored. In the near future, it is planned to deploy new F-35 fighters there.<\/p>\n
