Ukrainian defenders continue to hold their defenses within the Pokrovsko-Mirnograd agglomeration. There is no encirclement of Defense Forces units, and actions are underway to block Russian assault groups trying to gain a foothold in Pokrovsko.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Active strike and search operations are underway in the city: assault units of the 425th separate assault regiment, SBS operators, combined groups of the Special Operations Forces, the military law enforcement service, the National Guard, and the GUR of the Ministry of Defense have been involved. The city’s defense has been additionally strengthened.<\/p>\n

Over the past 24 hours alone, Ukrainian soldiers in the Pokrovskoye direction eliminated 26 Russian invaders, wounded another 64. In addition, 58 enemy shelters in the city and its surroundings were destroyed or damaged.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the week, the enemy’s losses in this area have amounted to 249 people, of whom 159 are irretrievable. A tank, an armored combat vehicle, 7 UAV control points, and 26 units of automobiles and motorcycles have also been destroyed.<\/p>\n

In parallel, Ukrainian units are strengthening the defense flanks, working to ensure logistics and protect communications in the Pokrovsko-Myrnograd sector.<\/p>\n

The Dobropil operation is also ongoing – in some areas, assault groups have advanced from 100 to 700 meters. Since the start of the operation, as of November 5, 2025, Ukrainian troops have liberated 188.9 km\u00b2 of territory and cleared another 249.9 km\u00b2 of enemy DRGs.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Russian troops are actively strengthening their positions in Pokrovsk and accumulating resources capable of conducting surveillance and striking the entire settlement.<\/a> Control over key approaches to the city has not yet been achieved, which poses a serious threat to Ukrainian defenders.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that there is no encirclement or blockade of Ukrainian troops in the Pokrovsko-Myrnograd agglomeration.<\/a> The situation in the direction remains difficult, but controlled.<\/p>\n
