As of November 5, 2025, about 1,200 civilians remain in the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was announced<\/span><\/a> at a briefing by the representative of the Donetsk OVA, Dmytro Petlin.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, the situation in the city is complicated, so the evacuation of locals is practically impossible.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, there are currently 1,800 people in the Pokrovska community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Petlin noted that the situation in Kostyantynivka is slightly better than in Pokrovsk.<\/span><\/p>\n

About 5,000 residents remain in the settlement. However, in rare cases, evacuations are carried out from the city using special transport.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLet’s put it this way: it’s better than in Pokrovsk. There’s no such bag there yet. Logistics is also being shot through, but not Pokrovsk, not Mirnograd yet,\u201d the OVA representative noted.<\/span><\/p>\n

In total, 15.5 thousand people remain in settlements of the Donetsk region where active hostilities are taking place – 20 communities.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is known that Russian occupation forces are increasing pressure in the Pokrovskoye direction<\/a> , in particular, the situation in the city remains complex and dynamic.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Russian troops are actively strengthening their positions in Pokrovsk and accumulating resources capable of conducting surveillance and striking the entire settlement.<\/a> Control over key approaches to the city has not yet been achieved, which poses a serious threat to Ukrainian defenders.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that there is no encirclement or blockade of Ukrainian troops in the Pokrovsko-Myrnograd agglomeration.<\/a> The situation in the direction remains difficult, but controlled.<\/p>\n
