The level of geomagnetic activity could reach a K-index of 7.3, which corresponds to a category G3\u2013G4 storm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is indicated by <a href=\"https:\/\/geomag.bgs.ac.uk\/data_service\/space_weather\/3dforecast.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">forecasts<\/a> from Meteoagent and the British Geological Survey. <\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/api.meteoagent.com\/widgets\/v1\/kindex\" style=\"border: 0; width: 100%; height: 500px;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p> The expected disturbance was caused by several large-scale X- and M-class solar flares, accompanied by coronal mass ejections. This was combined with the influence of a high-speed solar wind stream emanating from a large coronal hole on the Sun. The combination of these factors creates favorable conditions for powerful geomagnetic oscillations in the Earth&#8217;s magnetosphere.<\/p>\n<p> Experts warn that the storm may cause disruptions in the operation of satellite systems, GPS navigation, and radio communications, and at high latitudes, bright auroras may be observed.<\/p>\n<p> Such phenomena also affect people&#8217;s well-being, especially those who are sensitive to changes in the magnetic field.
