A video of a man in civilian clothes bleeding has gone viral on social media. The CCC has confirmed that he committed self-harm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Procurement Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The department said that at midnight on November 7, the man was taken to the hospital to undergo a military medical examination.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, later, after receiving the VLK’s conclusion, he went to the restroom, where he injured himself.<\/span><\/p>\n

The man was given first aid and an ambulance was called to the scene. The victim was later taken to hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We urge authors of posts on social networks to refrain from premature unfounded conclusions and assumptions,” the message says.<\/span><\/p>\n
