The Sixth Court of Appeal of Kyiv has ruled in favor of the fifth President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, allowing deputies of all levels to travel abroad not only on official business trips.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the air of “Pryamoy”, political analyst Viktor Ukolov explained<\/a> that this resolution applies not only to people’s deputies, but also to tens of thousands of local government representatives, who often perform their duties free of charge.<\/p>\n

According to him, the government’s argument that the ban was necessary so that the deputies “would not run away” turned out to be untenable, since it was representatives of the pro-government party and the former OPZH who fled the country. “Not a single opposition MP has fled over the years… There are MPs of Ukraine who fled from Ukraine. The pro-government party,” Ukolov noted.<\/p>\n
