On the night of November 8, an incident occurred in Ternopil involving a conscript who fell from the building of the regional territorial center for recruitment and social support. The victim was hospitalized, his condition is stable.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Ternopil Regional CCC and SP.<\/p>\n

As noted, at about 00:15, a citizen T., who is a violator of military registration legislation, was delivered to the Ternopil OMTCK and SP. He did not have a deferment from conscription and reservation.<\/p>\n

At the time of arrival, the man was intoxicated. Because of this, he was temporarily placed in a recreation room for military personnel, as it was impossible to conduct procedural actions.<\/p>\n

At around 03:50, citizen T., while in the bathroom of a bedroom on the fifth floor, arbitrarily dismantled the double-glazed window, tied his own clothes and, trying to climb down, broke and fell onto the roof of the dining room located on the first floor.<\/p>\n

The center’s employees immediately called an ambulance. The victim was taken to the intensive care unit of the Ternopil Regional Clinical Hospital, where he was provided with medical care. His condition is currently assessed as stable.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers are working at the scene. The territorial center reported that an official investigation is underway into the incident.<\/p>\n

By the way, a video of a man in civilian clothes bleeding has been circulating on social media. The CCC assured that he committed self-harm<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Earlier in Kyiv, a young man who had been previously detained by employees of the territorial recruitment center died after mobilization<\/a> .<\/p>\n
