The city experienced partial power outages, as well as water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This occurred on the morning of November 9. The fire at the substation, followed by power and water outages in Taganrog, is confirmed by local sources.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, Taganrog Mayor Svetlana Kambulova assures that the situation is localized and promises to restore everything within two hours.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, on the evening of November 8 and the night of November 9, strikes were launched against a number of important facilities in Russia.
