The US Senate has approved the final version of the government funding extension bill. The document will next be sent to the House of Representatives.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

According<\/a> to CNN, eight Democratic senators supported the compromise bill, allowing Republicans to gather the minimum 60 votes for its passage.
