The electricity deficit in the fourth quarter of 2025 could reach 4-6%, and on average for 2026 &#8211; about 3%,&#8221; the publication notes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Analysts emphasize that tariff increases<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">reduce the competitiveness of enterprises<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">and increase production costs in wartime conditions.<\/span> They recommend that the state focus on supporting business, rather than on additional fiscal pressure.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">&#8220;For comparison, in October 2025, the European Commission presented a package of measures to reduce electricity prices and support industrial consumers. Ukraine does not yet have a similar strategy,&#8221; the analysts add.<\/span><\/p>\n<div> It is worth noting that on November 4, the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities of Ukraine approved a draft increase in tariffs for electricity transmission and dispatching for businesses.
