The Telegram channel &#8220;Supernova+&#8221; confirmed that these are fragments of Ukrainian &#8220;Flamingo&#8221; missiles.<\/p>\n<p> Oryol Oblast Governor Andriy Klychkov declared a missile threat in the region and advised residents to stay in windowless rooms or seek shelter outside.<\/p>\n<p> At the time of publication, the Ukrainian side had not commented on the night attack on Orel.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/u-rosiyskomu-orli-prohrymila-nyzka-potuzhnykh-vybukhiv-shcho-vidomo\/\">a series of powerful explosions were heard in the Russian city of Orel<\/a> on the night of November 13.
