When the central figure in an FBI\u2013NABU probe \u2014 the President\u2019s so-called \u201cwallet man,\u201d the keeper of the government\u2019s off-the-books accounting \u2014 vanishes from his Kyiv apartment exactly four hours before a special-forces raid, it isn\u2019t luck. It\u2019s a special operation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"162\" data-end=\"353\">Timur Mindich\u2019s escape on the night of November 10 is a confession signed on Bankova. This is the moment of truth, when the masks of \u201cpatriots\u201d fall and the grin of looters shows through.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"652\">I tried to assemble the full picture: <em data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"410\">Operation Midas<\/em>, the deliberate sabotage of our energy sector, the arrests of honest investigators, and the \u201cgreen corridor\u201d for traitors. The conclusion is unmistakable: an organised criminal group is operating in Ukraine, using state symbols as its cover.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"689\"><strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"689\">Night Transit: VIP Pass to Hell<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"965\">Let\u2019s drop the illusions. Mindich fled in the dead of night. The country is under a strict curfew. It&#8217;s not Yermak or Tatarov. The President gave personal permission for this trip. Zelenskyy used the resources of a warring state (intelligence, counterintelligence) to take his accomplice out of the FBI&#8217;s reach. This is pure, distilled treason.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"80\" data-end=\"119\"><strong data-start=\"80\" data-end=\"119\">Sacrifice: The Maghamedrasulov Case<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"283\">Now look at this system in the mirror. While Mindich is sipping coffee in Tel Aviv, the man who tried to stop him is rotting in a Kyiv pre-trial detention centre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"606\">Ruslan Maghamedrasulov \u2014 a NABU investigator, the man who unravelled the knot of \u201cnecroeconomics\u201d and led the Mindich case. He was taken out of the game. The SBU, now behaving like the cartel\u2019s private security detail, fabricated charges and threw the detective behind bars just as the investigation was reaching its end.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"859\">This is classic mafia <em data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"638\">omert\u00e0<\/em>. Zelenskyy\u2019s government has sent a clear signal to every law-enforcement officer: <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"859\">\u201cIf you touch the president\u2019s friends, you will go to prison. Because Mindich is the key to <em data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"276\">Operation Midas<\/em> \u2014 a scheme to siphon off billions from Energoatom. 10-15 percent kickbacks, pressure on contractors, and the withdrawal of more than $100 million through the laundering networks of FSB asset Andrii Derkach.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"719\">And this is where our \u201cfavourite\u201d energy bloc steps into the light. The resignations of Minister Herman Galushchenko and his deputy, Svitlana Hrynchuk, are not a routine rotation. They are an attempt to jump from a sinking ship.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"1088\">NABU\u2019s surveillance materials exposed an ugly truth: appointments in this strategic sector were made not on merit, but through intimacy, loyalty and personal dependence. Galushchenko and Hrynchuk ran the energy sector like a private boudoir. While the country sat in darkness, these necromancers built schemes, blending national interests with personal entanglements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1375\">We are dealing with a government where \u201ctenderness\u201d toward the boss outweighs competence. The FBI has entered the game \u2014 and the Americans are not interested in our political <em data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"295\">Santa Barbara<\/em>. They are interested in their money. There is now a strong suspicion that international aid funds were laundered through Mindich\u2019s schemes. These are <em data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"462\">marked dollars<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"789\">Had Mindich been caught in Kyiv, he would have betrayed everyone: Galushchenko, Yermak, and the main beneficiary of Bankova. That is why he was extracted. The authorities saved their \u201cwallet,\u201d but they compromised the entire country. For Washington, the signal is clear: Kyiv is not acting as a partner, but as an accomplice.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"828\"><strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"828\">NSDC: Circle of Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1207\">And here is the final chord of cynicism. The Cabinet has submitted sanctions against Mindich to the National Security and Defense Council. Consider who sits on the NSDC:\u00a0Galushchenko is there. Hrynchuk is there. Svyrydenko is there \u2014 the official who shielded this court of favourites. Yermak is there, the architect of silence. Mindich\u2019s escape, four hours before the raids, is proof that the moles reach the very top. This is no longer corruption. This is treason in wartime.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"304\" data-end=\"484\">Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made his choice. He chose to save his looting friends at the cost of destroying justice and Ukraine\u2019s relations with the West. He has built a state where:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"622\">\n<li data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"526\">\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"526\">Ministers are appointed for humility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"582\">\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"582\">Traitors are whisked away by special SBU transport.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"622\">\n<p data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"622\">Honest investigators rot in prison.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"963\">This brothel must be closed. While they \u201cmake love\u201d with the budget and hostile businesses, Ukraine is being destroyed. And if the President thinks Mindich\u2019s escape marks the end of the story, he is gravely mistaken. This is only the beginning of the end of his regime. The FBI does not forgive.
