On Thursday, November 13, a fire broke out at a local oil refinery in the city of Nizhnekamsk, Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by the OSINT project Exilenova+.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to analysts, one of the primary oil refining units at the plant is likely on fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe fire is in Industrial Zone-2, near the styrene and polyester resins (SPS) plant – part of the large chemical complex \u201cNizhnekamskneftekhim,\u201d the report says.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, 32 pieces of equipment and 95 people were involved in extinguishing the fire. In addition, firefighters used 8 gun barrels and a fire foam lift.<\/span><\/p>\n

The open fire has already been extinguished.<\/span><\/p>\n

Previously, there were no casualties.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, a series of powerful explosions were heard in the Russian city of Orel<\/a> on the night of November 13. The incident occurred after a missile and drone alert was announced.<\/p>\n
