The sanctions against Mindich last only three years, while sanctions against figures like Poroshenko are indefinite.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"191\">Even Ukrainians who have never supported either president will notice this now.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"376\">But what they will see is strikingly different: their own people get everything, while Mindich receives a paltry three-year restriction, and their enemies face indefinite sanctions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"558\">This will finally cement in the public mind that, in November 2025, the President made an exception \u2014 granted concessions \u2014 and effectively saved his friend from real punishment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"576\">What happened?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"654\">Today, Decree 843 and the NSDC decision imposed sanctions against Mindich:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"758\">\n<li data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"707\">\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"707\"><strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"689\">Deprivation of state awards<\/strong> \u2014 indefinitely;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"758\">\n<p data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"758\"><strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"732\">Blocking of assets<\/strong> \u2014 for only three years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"445\">\n<li data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"184\">\n<p data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"184\"><strong data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"182\">Preventing the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"260\">\n<p data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"260\"><strong data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"258\">Prohibition on participation in the privatization of state property<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"349\">\n<p data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"349\"><strong data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"347\">A ban on public and defense procurement of goods or services related to the person<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"445\">\n<p data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"445\"><strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"437\">Termination of agreements and joint projects in the field of security and defense<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"567\">For others, Zelenskyy imposes all these sanctions <strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"513\">indefinitely<\/strong>, not for three years as he has done for his friend.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"678\">This will be noticed both in Ukraine and in the West. Such a comparison will not work in Zelenskyy\u2019s favor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"252\">So in three years, will Mindich still be involved in defense schemes? In procurement? Will he be privatizing state property?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"289\">Office, do you take us for fools?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"291\" data-end=\"402\">And what happened to Decree 842? It preceded this one. It isn\u2019t on the President\u2019s website. What does it say?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"585\">What\u2019s in it? Does it strip Mindich of his citizenship to shield him from Ukraine\u2019s justice system forever? So that Israel will never extradite him? What exactly is in Decree 842?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"641\">I don\u2019t know who inflicted this horror on Zelenskyy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"738\">But whoever it was has hurt him even more today than Mindich did. This is all very, very bad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"775\">It\u2019s time to come to your senses.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zelenskyy-zmenshyv-strok-sanktsiy-dlia-mindicha-ta-tsukermana\/\">Zelenskyy imposed NSDC sanctions against the co-owner of Kvartal-95, Timur Mindich, and businessman Oleksandr Zuckerman<\/a>, who are linked to a corruption case in the energy sector.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/mindicha-mozhut-pozbavyty-hromadianstva-ukrainy-zmi\/\">, lawyers are considering the issue of revoking Ukrainian citizenship from businessman Timur Mindich, suspected of corruption at Energoatom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/operatsiia-midas-tryvala-ponad-rik-nabu-opryliudnyly-pershi-audiozapysy-fihurantiv-koruptsii-v-enerhetytsi\/\">NABU and SAPO are conducting a large-scale operation &#8220;Midas&#8221; to expose corruption in the energy sector<\/a>.
