Upon their release from custody, they are required to remain in the Kyiv region, appear when summoned, report any change of residence, avoid contact with other defendants, surrender their passports, and wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"601\">Three more participants in the case remain in custody: Igor Fursenko (bail set at UAH 95 million), Dmytro Basov (UAH 40 million), and Igor Myronyuk (UAH 126 million).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"893\">Investigators say Ustymenko acted as the financier of the criminal organization linked to Mindich and Zuckerman. She allegedly kept the &#8220;Manhattan&#8221; file, prepared hundreds of thousands of euros for transfer to &#8220;Che Guevara,&#8221; and participated in the embezzlement of UAH 145 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1041\">According to NABU, Zorina was involved in an embezzlement scheme at Energoatom. During a search, more than $105,000 was found in her possession.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1350\"><em data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1052\">Schemes<\/em> journalists discovered that the bail pledges, totaling UAH 37 million, were made by a little-known Kyiv company, <em data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1174\">Vangar<\/em>, with an authorized capital of only UAH 1,000. The company has no property and does not conduct any noticeable activities.
