Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has removed Svitlana Hrynchuk and Herman Halushchenko from the National Security and Defense Council. He signed Decree No. 845\/2025, which was published on the president’s website on November 14.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
