Applications can be submitted through the &#8220;Action&#8221; app, and funds will be credited to the &#8220;National Cashback&#8221; card.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"457\"> The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine reported this.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"691\"> &#8220;This winter, Ukrainians will receive a one-time payment of 1,000 hryvnias from the state. You can track its status in the &#8220;Winter 1000 UAH&#8221; section.<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1298\"> How to receive a payout offline<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1476\"> Ukrainians can apply for assistance at Ukrposhta branches.<br data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1364\" \/> In this case, the funds will be credited to the Ukrposhta customer&#8217;s account and can be used within the company&#8217;s services.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1516\"> What can you spend 1000 UAH on?<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1606\"> The Ministry of Digital Development noted that funds from the National Cashback card can be used for: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1782\"><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1636\">\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1636\"> payment of utility bills;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1653\">\n<p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1653\"> purchase of medicines;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<p data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1705\"> purchasing products of Ukrainian origin;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1724\"> postal services;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1740\">\n<p data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1740\"> book purchases;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1782\">\n<p data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1782\"> charity and donations to the Defence Forces.<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1898\"> At Ukrposhta branches, funds can be spent on Ukrainian-made goods, utilities, and charity.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2048\"> Applications for participation in the program can be submitted until December 24, 2025,<br data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"1997\" \/> and use the payment until June 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2121\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> The Ministry of Digital Development urged Ukrainians not to delay filing applications in the final days.<\/p>\n<p> As is known, the Verkhovna Rada has adopted bill No. 13532 in its entirety, which provides for <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/novi-vyplaty-na-ditey-rada-ukhvalyla-zakonoproiekt-pro-pidvyshchennia-dopomohy\/\">a significant increase in state aid to families with children<\/a> . Effective January 1, 2026, the one-time payment upon the birth of a child will be 50,000 hryvnias, and new monthly payments and targeted support programs will also be introduced.<\/p>\n<p> Incidentally, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-ukraini-zapustiat-prohramu-zymovoi-pidtrymky-khto-zmozhe-otrymaty-vid-1000-do-6500-hryven\/\">a &#8220;winter support&#8221; program will be launched in Ukraine in December<\/a> , providing citizens with assistance ranging from one thousand to six and a half thousand hryvnias.
