NABU Director Semen Kryvonis stated about problems with tracking funds related to defense procurement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said<\/span><\/a> this<\/span> during a meeting of the parliamentary temporary investigative commission on economic security.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, anti-corruption authorities have only released part of the “Mindich tapes.” All the circumstances of the crime are currently being established.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We are already seeing certain problems with tracking funds related to defense procurement. These problems have existed for quite a long time – since February 2025 – as soon as we began to actively work in the defense direction,” the official said.<\/span><\/p>\n

He emphasized that, when interacting with the financial monitoring service, it is necessary to send requests for international legal assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, he emphasized the need for a number of examinations and interaction with the National Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the activities of a high-level criminal organization were established, which controlled financial flows and personnel decisions in state energy structures.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported suspicions against 7 individuals<\/a> involved in a large-scale corruption scheme at JSC NNEGC Energoatom.<\/p>\n

Previously, journalists from “Schemes” identified the names of individuals whom NABU detectives reported suspicious<\/a> to as part of an investigation into corruption in the energy sector, including Timur Mindich.<\/p>\n

By the way, Zelenskyy imposed NSDC sanctions against the co-owner of Kvartal-95 Timur Mindich and businessman Oleksandr Zukerman<\/a> , who are linked to a corruption case in the energy sector.<\/p>\n
