The Chief of the General Staff of Poland, General Wies\u0142aw Kukula, stated against the backdrop of sabotage and cyberattacks that the enemy is preparing for war and trying to create favorable conditions for potential aggression on Polish territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> the newspaper “Rzeczpospolita”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The general emphasized that Poland is always in the pre-war period, and even the Cold War was a pre-war period.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s about managing this pre-war period, building a so-called effective deterrence policy, which is largely based on our defense capabilities, but also on the attitude of our citizens,\u201d he explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commenting on the bombing of the railway on the Warsaw-Lublin section, Kukul noted that these events were a pre-war situation, or in other words, a hybrid war.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is typical for 1939, but in fact it preceded many armed conflicts, and also took place at a time when these armed conflicts did not exist. I emphasize once again: today the most important thing is our attitude, our reaction,\u201d the Polish general added.<\/span><\/p>\n
