Russian media claim that the target was Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s2\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mk.ru\/politics\/2025\/11\/17\/stalo-izvestno-imya-rossiyskogo-chinovnika-na-kotorogo-planirovali-pokushenie-diversanty.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported<\/a> by Russian media.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">According to the FSB, the attack was planned to be carried out during Shoigu&#8217;s private visit to a cemetery in Moscow.
