US Special Representative Steve Witkoff will fly to Turkey on November 19 to participate in talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the interlocutors, Witkoff will participate in previously prepared meetings in Istanbul – the purpose of the visit, as they say in Kyiv, is to intensify the dialogue on the settlement of the war and present specific proposals for ending the conflict.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Zelenskyy reported that he is currently in Spain, where he held negotiations with the local leadership regarding further assistance, and is expecting strategic negotiations in Turkey tomorrow.<\/p>\n

In addition, the president instructed to prepare a meeting of the military headquarters to discuss the current situation, and meetings with parliamentarians and government officials are also planned to introduce priority legislative initiatives. Zelensky promised to present “fundamentally important decisions” that he considers key to the future of the state.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on Monday, October 27, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga announced that the Ukrainian side had invited US President’s Special Representative Steve Witkoff to visit Ukraine.<\/a><\/p>\n
