The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that this step will help hold the Russian Federation accountable for crimes against children.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s2\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/mfa.gov.ua\/news\/komentar-mzs-shchodo-priyednannya-parlamentskoyi-asambleyi-obsye-do-mizhnarodnoyi-koaliciyi-za-povernennya-ukrayinskih-ditej\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">The department recalled that the decision was the result of the October visit of OSCE President Pere Juan Pons Sampietro and his meetings with President Volodymyr Zelensky, Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, and Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">As of November 2025, the coalition, co-chaired by Ukraine and Canada, includes over 40 states, the EU, and the Council of Europe.
