The death toll from the morning mass attack on residential areas of Ternopil continues to rise. As of 2:00 p.m., law enforcement officials confirmed the deaths of 21 people, including two children. Another 66 were injured, including 16 children.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to law enforcement officials, the explosions caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure. Rescuers are still searching for people under the rubble of buildings. Investigative and operational teams are working at the scene, documenting another war crime by Russia.<\/p>\n

Rescue operations are ongoing: they are clearing rubble, providing assistance to the victims, and setting up temporary support points for local residents who were left homeless.<\/p>\n

As is known, on the night of November 19, Russian troops carried out a series of strikes on the western regions of Ukraine, in particular Ternopil and Lviv regions.<\/a><\/p>\n

Later, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that residential areas and critical infrastructure were under fire. In Ternopil, 16 people were killed, including children, and 64 others were injured, including 14 children. Some buildings caught fire and suffered serious damage, and people may be trapped under the rubble.<\/a><\/p>\n
