On the night of November 20, serious explosions occurred in several regions of Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to reports from monitoring Telegram channels, one of the likely targets of the attack was the Ryazan Oil Refinery (REF), where a fire broke out.<\/p>\n

Local residents of Ryazan report at least ten powerful explosions near the plant. <\/p>\n

In addition, in the southwestern part of Russia, in the city of Rylsk (Kursk region), a fire was recorded at a substation, which led to power outages. According to sources, drones are being observed in Novomoskovsk, Tula region, moving towards Moscow.<\/p>\n
