Infrastructure development.<br data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2340\" \/>e. Mining and natural resource extraction.<br data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2385\" \/>f. A special <strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2430\">World Bank financing package<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2492\"><strong data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2492\">Reintegration of Russia into the Global Economy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2760\">a. Gradual <strong data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2528\">lifting of sanctions<\/strong>, case by case.<br data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2546\" \/>b. Ukraine will implement <strong data-start=\"3819\" data-end=\"3854\">EU norms on religious tolerance<\/strong> and protection of linguistic minorities.<br data-start=\"3895\" data-end=\"3898\" \/>b. Both sides will <strong data-start=\"3917\" data-end=\"3952\">abolish discriminatory measures<\/strong> and guarantee the rights of Ukrainian and Russian media and educational institutions.<br data-start=\"4034\" data-end=\"4037\" \/>c. <strong data-start=\"4040\" data-end=\"4096\">Nazi ideology and related activities will be banned.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4103\" data-end=\"4131\"><strong data-start=\"4106\" data-end=\"4131\">Humanitarian Measures<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4132\" data-end=\"4370\">a. <strong data-start=\"4135\" data-end=\"4175\">Exchange of all prisoners and bodies<\/strong> on an \u201call for all\u201d basis.<br data-start=\"4202\" data-end=\"4205\" \/>b. <strong data-start=\"4208\" data-end=\"4256\">Return of all detained or abducted civilians<\/strong>, including children.<br data-start=\"4277\" data-end=\"4280\" \/>c. Family reunification programs.<br data-start=\"4313\" data-end=\"4316\" \/>d. Measures to alleviate the suffering of war victims.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4377\" data-end=\"4404\"><strong data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4404\">Political Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4694\">\n<li data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4478\">\n<p data-start=\"4407\" data-end=\"4478\">Ukraine will <strong data-start=\"4420\" data-end=\"4447\">hold elections 100 days<\/strong> after signing the agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4479\" data-end=\"4567\">\n<p data-start=\"4481\" data-end=\"4567\">All parties receive <strong data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4517\">full amnesty<\/strong> for wartime actions and renounce future claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4568\" data-end=\"4694\">\n<p data-start=\"4570\" data-end=\"4694\">The agreement is <strong data-start=\"4587\" data-end=\"4606\">legally binding<\/strong>, monitored by a <strong data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4662\">\u201cPeace Council\u201d led by Donald Trump<\/strong>, with sanctions for violations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4701\" data-end=\"4717\"><strong data-start=\"4704\" data-end=\"4717\">Ceasefire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4885\"><strong data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4885\">Once the memorandum is approved, a ceasefire will take effect immediately, with both sides withdrawing to the agreed positions to begin implementing the agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ssha-perehovory-z-ukrainoiu-staly-naykonstruktyvnishymy-za-ostanniy-chas\/\">US Charg\u00e9 d&#8217;affaires to Ukraine Julie Davis said that she and US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll had &#8220;extremely constructive&#8221; talks<\/a> with the Ukrainian leadership regarding President Donald Trump&#8217;s vision for ending the war.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/isw-poperedzhaie-zaproponovanyy-myr-vidkryvaie-rosii-shliakh-do-novykh-nastupiv\/\"><span class=\"s1\">the Institute for the Study of War stated that the &#8220;peace plan&#8221; of the US and Russia, which allegedly consists of 28 points, means the actual surrender of Ukraine and creates conditions for new aggression by the Russian Federation.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, follow <strong>\u201cPryamyi\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key provisions of the draft US \u201cpeace plan,\u201d reportedly negotiated between Donald Trump\u2019s representatives and the Kremlin, have been revealed.
