The document contains 28 points concerning Ukraine&#8217;s security, territory, economy, and future.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, the Institute for the Study of War stated that the US-Russia &#8220;peace plan,&#8221; allegedly consisting of 28 points, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/isw-poperedzhaie-zaproponovanyy-myr-vidkryvaie-rosii-shliakh-do-novykh-nastupiv\/\">effectively amounts to Ukraine&#8217;s capitulation<\/a> and creates the conditions for renewed Russian aggression. Analysts emphasize that the document deprives Ukraine of key defense positions and offers no real guarantees.<\/p>\n<p> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the nation with a statement emphasizing that the country is experiencing one of the most difficult periods in its recent history.
