Polish law enforcement officers have detained another suspect in the sabotage at the railway section – a Ukrainian citizen named Volodymyr B.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> the National Prosecutor’s Office of Poland.<\/span><\/p>\n

The man is suspected of committing acts in favor of Russia. He is accused of providing assistance to the direct perpetrators of sabotage acts.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, his assistance consisted of logistical support to the criminals in preparing and blowing up the tracks.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the prosecutor’s office, in September 2025, Volodymyr B. took Yevheniy I. to the area of planned sabotage operations \u2014 near the settlements of Mika and Golab. This allowed him to conduct reconnaissance of the area and choose a place to plant explosives, place an image recording device, and install a metal element on the rails.<\/span><\/p>\n

The court imposed a preventive measure in the form of temporary arrest on the suspect. The man is currently in custody.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe investigation is ongoing. Intensive efforts are underway to identify all other individuals who participated in any way in ordering, planning, organizing, or executing the above-mentioned sabotage attacks,\u201d the prosecutor’s office emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, an explosive device detonated on the Warsaw-Lublin railway line in Poland<\/a> , destroying part of the track, which is crucial for transporting aid to Ukraine.<\/p>\n

As it became known, the sabotage on the Warsaw-Lublin railway line in Poland was carried out by two Ukrainian citizens<\/a> who collaborated with the Russians.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Polish law enforcement officers identified four more people involved<\/a> in the railway bombing and detained the first suspects.<\/p>\n

By the way, Warsaw is demanding the extradition of persons suspected of involvement in the railway bombing<\/a> . The Polish department has already sent a note with a corresponding request to the Belarusian side.<\/p>\n
