The funding ensures continuous social payments for IDPs &#8211; covering the costs of housing, food, medical services and children&#8217;s education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">The project &#8220;Support for Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine&#8221; helps people adapt to new communities, guarantees access to basic services, strengthens the local economy, and reduces social tension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Deputy Minister of Finance Olga Zykova emphasized that these funds are not just numbers, but real assistance to thousands of families who lost their homes due to the war. According to her, the full use of the funding demonstrates the state&#8217;s ability to respond quickly and effectively to the most pressing challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Over the two years of cooperation with the Council of Europe Development Bank, Ukraine has attracted almost<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">430 million euros<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">&#8211; this is about 80% of all credit resources that the Bank currently provides to our country.
