The transfer of the accrued cashback for April 2026 to the recipient will be carried out in May 2026.<\/p>\n<p> The government has significantly limited the list of goods\/services that cashback recipients can purchase from 11\/22\/2025. The new list is ultra-shortened, with only 7 items remaining:<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 utilities<br \/> \u2022 grocery stores\/supermarkets<br \/> \u2022 other grocery stores<br \/> \u2022 pharmacies<br \/> \u2022 books and printed matter<br \/> \u2022 charitable and social organizations<br \/> \u2022 postal services<\/p>\n<p> In fact, this is the minimum of the minimum. Therefore, the &#8220;National Cashback&#8221; is not a program to stimulate production, but the state simply compensates for the household expenses of the population.<\/p>\n<p> Although the program was attended by over 7.5 million Ukrainians (according to the government) and over FOUR billion hryvnias were spent (the delay in payments for August was reported), it is essentially populist and unfounded by economic calculations, which is why it went bankrupt.<\/p>\n<p> <em>Recall, the Cabinet of Ministers <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/uriad-zghortaie-prohramu-natskeshbek-cherez-brak-finansuvannia-koly-ukraintsi-otrymaiut-ostanni-vyplaty\/\">plans to wind down the \u201cNational Cashback\u201d program<\/a> , which provides for interest payments on the purchase of Ukrainian goods. In addition, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraintsi-kilka-misiatsiv-pospil-ne-otrymuiut-vyplaty-za-natskeshbek-uriad-ne-maie-hroshey-dlia-finansuvannia-prohramy\/\">the government is delaying the promised payments<\/a> .
