This happened as a result of a sudden conflict.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/gp.gov.ua\/ua\/posts\/povidomleno-pro-pidozru-policeiskomu-yakii-strilyav-po-viiskovix\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was reported<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the investigation found out, on November 23, a law enforcement officer, while off-duty, while in a state of alcoholic intoxication, had a conflict with the military in one of the villages of the Zaporizhia region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the exchange of fire, he pulled out his service weapon and fired at least 13 times at the men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three soldiers were injured in the shooting and were taken to a medical facility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next day after the conflict, under the procedural guidance of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, the police officer was reported on suspicion of committing a completed attempt to murder two or more people \u2014 Part 2 of Article 15, Clause 1 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is currently being resolved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Earlier, in the Poltava region, while processing documents <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/u-ttsk-na-poltavshchyni-stalasia-strilianyna-cholovik-vidkryv-vohon-pid-chas-oformlennia-dokumentiv\/\">at the assembly point of the Kremenchuk Territorial Recruitment Center, a conscript opened fire<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/u-vinnytsi-cholovik-vidkryv-strilianynu-bilia-torhovoho-tsentru-usi-detali-intsydentu\/\">in Vinnytsia, police officers detained a man who opened fire near a shopping center<\/a> .
